Entire guest cottage with seperate entrance. The guest house is located beneath the main home. The upstairs home is not currently occupied, so the space is typically very quiet and private.

Enjoy a quiet country stay in this private 2-bedroom guest house, just minutes from Damascus and Gresham, and a short drive to Portland. The space is attached to the main home but fully private. The home features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a sofa pullout for additional sleeping space, and a small kitchenette for light cooking and convenience. Very private and peaceful, this is an easy place to relax while still being close to everything you need. Pets may be considered for stays of 30 days or longer with prior approval.

Other Details to Note

• Wood Stove: There is a wood stove in the unit that is not available for use unless you are staying 30 days or more and we’ve discussed it in advance. • Pets: Pets may be considered for 30+ day stays with prior approval. • The washer and dryer combo unit, meant for small loads of laundry. • Garbage is located at the end of the driveway and does require a quick drive down to dispose of it. We always like to mention this in advance so guests can plan accordingly. • You’ll pass a horse barn on your way in they’re lovely to see, but we do ask that guests respect the neighbors’ space and keep a distance. • The trampoline on the property is not for guest use.
