The entire home is for you to rent, no shared spaces. There's a smart lock for the front door. Before you arrive you will receive a personalized door code. Please enter/exit through the front door. The back sliding glass door opens up to the back patio and side of the house, fully fenced.

Sorry, this home does not allow garage access. Although this is a pet friendly home, we do like to note that pets must be taken out front of the home on a leash to do their business. Even though our back patio is fully fenced, we do not allow pets to be unattended outside the home, front, or back patio. We do allow groups, not events. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
