Shay’s place was great to stay at. We have 2 kids and a dog. The house was set up well and located in a decent spot in Portland to accommodate both our kids and animal well. There’s a park across the street, and we walked over to it several times, daily. We didn’t need to park in the street which was a huge plus. Other times we’ve stayed in Portland, we’ve had the added challenge of having to search for street parking nearby. Since we have a family, not needing to worry about that one detail, was so nice, too. There was kid utensils, and a baby high chair, which made caring for our kiddos easier too. Shay responded quickly if I had questions about anything too, which was an added bonus. Each time, she was very accommodating, too. It was a good spot to stay, and we’d enjoy staying there again when we drive through Portland.

I just wanted to share how incredible Shay was as a host! She truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Whenever I needed assistance, she was always there to help. To give you an example of her exceptional hosting skills, I accidentally left my phone behind, and her amazing team not only found it but also shipped it back to me. The house was spotless, brand new, and we had a wonderful time there.

Great place to stay while visiting for the holidays. kitchen had all we needed to make meals. Beds were comfy, house was super clean. Neighbors on the otherside of the wall were a bit loud at odd hours in the middle of the night but would i stay here again? Absolutely! Thank you for hosting. 😀

This house was our favorite airBNB ever! Stunning brand new house, beautifully decorated, and everything you could possibly need was available in the house. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room had ironing board, iron, and drying rack. Soft and pristine linens and towels. We stayed for 12 days and it felt like home every minute. It was the first time I ever said a warm and heartfelt goodbye to an airBNB before we checked out! Shay is a “best in class” communicator. Proactive scheduled communications were sent throughout our stay, and when I reached out, I don’t think I ever waited more than 3 minutes for a response. Run, don’t walk, to Shay’s house!! 🥇

Shay’s home was as listed on Airbnb! place was clean, garage available for use with washer and dryer. though we didn’t use any of them, Amenities listed were available upon arrival. Neighborhood is near some local food truck options for easy convenience.

As a person who resided in Houston for close to 8 years, I can confirm the home being centrally located and not far from downtown or the NRG stadium. There is also easy access to the 610 freeway. The home is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. Extremely clean and quiet. There were four adults and there was plenty of room for us all. Shay is also an amazing host who provided us instructions a few days prior to arrival, contacted us to let us know we could check in earlier, provided us great local spots, and was just pleasant to engage with. Don’t second guess yourself, book this Airbnb!

We had a fantastic stay at this home. The location was perfect - close to everything, but still in a quiet area away from the busy downtown. The house was spotless and truly felt brand new, with fresh, comfortable furnishings throughout. Being all on one level made it incredibly convenient and spacious for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this home in Houston! The location was perfect — it was so easy to get anywhere in the city, and getting to the NFL game was a breeze. The house felt very clean, comfortable, and safe, which made our trip stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was charming. Just the right size for 3 or 4 people. It was clean and bright. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having a garage to park our car.
